BS found in an MS

And so, it came to pass during the kind of week a fiction writer can’t invent because it includes so many unlikely things all crammed together unevenly, a new story has been published. This short story was written years ago, and rewritten a few times since then, until it found a home over at Bullshit Lit, which I am extremely chuffed about. You can read it here.

If you read my previous post I wrote who knows what may come up next. Well, now I do know what is next. I’m pleased to announce my flash fiction Woman of Salt, which published in the most recent edition of MacQueen’s Quinterly has been nominated for inclusion in the 2023 Best Microfiction Anthology. Thank you Clare MacQueen!

This weekend will involve some recovery from the week that was. Then there will be some submissions, then working out if I can write about The Rings of Power without turning it into a detailed rant about things many people likely don’t care about. Finally, I will probably have to address the usual life guff that goes on while I’m not here, typing away. Until next time.

AI art by me and the AI.
